Can we Puchase a flat in Apartment with Grampanchat Approval From an unauthorised floor Constructed building location : Hyderbad
we are in the process flat puchase we have visited the few flats out of that few of the Apartments constructed with Grampanchat Approval where as permission for the apartments is 2 floors where are they constructed 5 floors but registation is happening all flats from all the floors of this building as per Bulider or thier representative words,
kindly advice me
