capitation fee

can a private minority institution which is unaided ask for capitation fees< donation >along with tution fees?

well in my opinion then can not ask for donations.

 

for details u may see the education code/ education policy & rules of the state concerned.

but wat abt unaided institutions? like minority groups who have the right 2 establish institutions.........how will they generate funds?

The working of private and minority educational institutions, including charging of fees by them, is governed by State laws and hence the respective state laws should be seen for any prohibition.

but is receiving capitation fees by a minority institution a crime?if d students r ready to pay.....then? how will it generate funds? n who decides wats tution fees n wat is in excess of it?
