Case against debtors

Dear Sir,

Few of my debtors are not paying me the due amount. I am a Director in a Private Limited firm. Kindly guide that being a Private Limited firm is there any benefit if I send them a notice for my payments.

Debt against what ??? be in little more details

First you need to send them reminder from your side.

On no reply from them go for Advocates notice.

You can resort to criminal as well as Civil measures/remedy.

Lastly if they have executed agreement then does it have an Arbitration Clause ??????

If so then we resort to Arbitration and Section 9 application and other resorts............

hi,

You can file a civil suit in court of law but there must be  doccumentary evidence,it  is most imporatant for prove your case.

Hi, I sold goods worth 4 lakh and recieved payment of 3 lakh but rest is not coming easy.

I have taken stamp and signature of other party on the bill book.

What should I do ?
