case laws on accident cases required urgently

A bus from Visakhapatnam crossed Etcherla Police Quarters stage and the road near it was crowded with people due to police constable selection.  When the bus was passing at the speed of 25kmph, a school girl suddenly crossed the road.  While crossing the road she fell down and received injuries. In order to save the girl the driver applied breaks but unfortunately it could prevent accident.  The parents of the girl sued APSRTC administration for damages but the court held that the driver was not in negligent manner at the time of accident.  Advise girl for getting compensation in the appellate Court.

(This is a question for Moot Court in D.R.Ambedkar University,Srikakulam)
