As per your concern let me inform you that a Central government employee is not allowed to set up a business while being in Government services. Moreover, he/she is not supposed to print any sort of business cards that may reveal his/her current position or the office he/she holds along with the name of the Government institution he/she works for.

So, you as a central government employee is not permitted to print any card that provides details related to the institution you work for or the position you hold in such institution.
Only few of the gazetted members are allowed to do so as per the All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968 DOPT.

Hope It clarifies your doubt!

Regards,
Kevin M. Paul
