Respected sir,
I am Seetha Ramayya completed SSC in 2008 in my SSC certificate my father name is printed as "Y Lakshmi Narasimha Sastry" instead of "Y Venkata Lakshmi Narasimha Sastry".I want to change name in ssc certificate can i change it now.
If i can,please help me with the process of changing name.So,that i can apply for passport

You can, but limitation point comes. You have to bring it in to within the limiation.
