One of our portal members had recently given an excellet case law which distinguishes Cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust. Can any one of you help me out the date and topic of that pls?

the simplest deference between the two is in criminal breach of trust entrustment of property is a must and in cheating no such entrustment is necessary.

I fully agree with you Mr.Borbora, cheating and criminal breach of trust cannot co-exist. There is a citation given in this regard by the apex court which says the reason also. I'm searching for that citation. One of our Learned members of the forum had submitted that citation during the discussion.
