Cheating by husband and wife

Prabhu's wife can l file section 494 of IPC , a false 498 A and a DV case . As a matter of fact  your marriage with prabhu is viod since he has not divorced his first wife . You cannot file a DV case on Prabhu's wife . 

But if Prabhu can convience his wife to go in for Mutual Consent Divorce  that would be the best option .But she can retailate at any time by filing the above mentioned cases .

But what about my rights and the promises that prabhu's has done.

It seems you are making stories.   If at all it was a force to marry, you should have at least sought their decree of divorce as you are saying that his wife fored you.  on one hand you are saying trht his wife asked you not to tell you...and other hand you got married and remained pregnant also....  Now it is better that ask him to take divorce from her... and then see... it becomes now difficult..  a gresat mistake you have done

you have no right except filing a case of maintenance under DV Act..but as you are working you will not get any  money..You are educated , why did you committted such mistake?..If his first wife was forcing then why you stayed separately?..if you have been  living under the same roof after marriage then her case would be weak ..Better go away from the couple  and start afresh ..

yes u can file 494 and as to the promises prabhu has made he first has to get a decree of Divorce and than get married to you as your earlier marriage is viod .

woman is always seems to file cases on cases wheather its fit or not.

Thank you for all replies i admitt commited mistake by having relationship with married men,but in my case prabu's wife and parents (wife side) has promised to get marry with prabhu and live as second wife.and said to live in other city so that prabhu will come and leave 15 days a month with me.

Now my stand is iam raedy to go out of prabhu's life but now prabhu;s wife is asking me to come to police station and threatening to file a case.i thought not to disturb them now and start fresh life.But i get threatening calls.

If i dragged to police station then my family will come to know and my family having 4 to 5 IAS and IPS officers in my family itself my father is ASP and my grand father is Deputy collector .i dont want to use all those people but if they dragged me to police station what should i do shall i tell my family waht has happened

just ignore her..and move on with life..

as the law is gender biased she can not harass you..

and discuss with your parents make some police pressure to her and enjoy..

and forget Prabhu, leave the office asap.
