Respected Sirs,
I had purchased a vehicle by 2013 in and finance by NBFC bank and due to personal reasons i could not pay the dues and have handovered the vehicle to the company but they didn't give any vehicle ceasing letter or my documents..Now they have filed a cheque bounce case against me and in the filing date itself Hon.Judge have ordered for NBW and remand.
My queries:
I didnt receive any summons and first filing date is it possible to issue NBW.
Any chances to obtain Anticipatory bail, if possible plz suggest sirs..
