Cheque bound

issue legal notice to company under section 138 of Negotiable instrument act  that your cheque for rs_________has been returned unpaid on grounds funds insufficent . call upon company to make payment within 15 days from date of receipt of notice

Thanks for reply. I have 3 cheque of that company. One problem here if company revice the notice but not make payment again the cheque then what can i do?.
