Dear All,
I am getting summons for cheque bounce from court this is the third time I have not taken the summons stating that the paritcular person does not live in this house. I want to pay the cheque amount but cannot accumlate it early need atleast 5- 6 moth time. If I accept the summons I have to be in front of the court for proceddings but I cannot leave my job. I work in pune and case is in kolhapur. Can court take any action upon me....Please help me
