Dear All,
My wife left to her parents home when she was 3 months pregenent and never returned citing lack of facility as an excuse in my home wherein we have all the facility needed. Inspite of multiple request and plea neither she or her parents denied to send her back. I was not even informed about the treatmen/consulting doctor. During delivery my inlaw didn't even bother to inform me when she was admitted. My wife gave birth to a girl and it was siserion for which my in law had signed for operation.My wife left me in the month of March 2010. It has not only caused Mental agony but also depression.Please advice
1>if i can take legal action against my in laws for not communicating
2> Incase I file for a divorce what is the formality as my wife is not willing to come back or willing to give me divorce.
3>More over her father told me that even if my was willing...he will not send her to me.
4> If i file for a divorce what kind of alimony will be required from my side
