My MC case is running in Highcourt and to my son court as awarded and is running in the district court of Warangal.
But Now my son is asking the custody of my son who is still minor and from birth Iam taking the care,education and health everything by me only.so is court give a custody to my husband who is living on his parents maintenance.
And one more question is that I can file a enhancement case in my son's case. if i should file before the custody petition or after the petition. pls. advice me how to take a custody of my son with me only and also the enhancement case.
