What happens if the wife gets the child custody in divorce (thanks to biased laws of India) and after getting divorce remarries. In that case, can the husband appeal for the custody if he does not marry anyone. Can he argue that the child is more secure with him since he has not married rather than staying with step-father who has no affection towards the child? Has there been any such cases and what are the chances of winning the custody case with such issue?
