when my divorce petition is pending, can I file child visitation petition u/s 151 cpc? or do I need to file petition for u/s 26 of HMA for custody and later file petition for visitation u/s 151 cpc. I dont want custody of children, need only visitation.

Hai, i am also a false 498a/406/34 victim.I filed child custody case in May,2012, the case is in progress,
i have nither filed divorce case nor 498a case have started, but still child custody case is in progress.
