I BOUGHT A PROPERTY A YEAR BEFORE ITS SURVEY NO IS TS 1105 BUT THE SURVEY NUMBER IS WRONGLY MENTIONED IN THE SALE DEED  TS 1104 WHICH IS DERIVED FROM THE SALE DEED BOUGHT  30 YEARS BEFORE PERSON SOLD IS NOT ALIVE TO FILE RECTIFICATION DEED HOW CAN I APPROACH CIVIL COURT TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES IN THE SALE DEED HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO CHANGE

To my understanding, it is sufficient if a rectification deed is executed exlaining the circumtances for the rectification.

The legal heirs shall execute a rectification deed to your seller, and next your seller has to accomplish a rectification deed in your favour.
