Dear sir My father made property settlement before 2 years back two different property 1 property settlement in my name without any condition & another property in my brother name. It is my father self accrued property. I made patta name transfer in name after got settlement from my father. My father has 2 sons & 2 daughters . after got settlement my sisters came to know & fight with my father that they also want share from the property convinced my father now my father is against me and filled civil suit on me that i got settlement from him in fraud manner. Till now my father is only receiving rents from the tenants making tenants agreements getting around 1 lac for month even after the property settled in my name. Now my father filled civil suit on me who will receive rent hereafter. But property tax is in my fathers name but i only paying property tax from my account. Due to this issue i transferred my property to my minor daughters name as settlement before 9 months back. Before the settlement given by my father this same matter is registered as will in register office before 2.5 years ago. Kindly advice me how to deal this issue.
