Dear Sir, I have my father's property under slum clearance. My father gave half of the property to her sister to stay they also occupied that place. After her and my father's death. Her sister son saying that the whole property belongs to them. When we check in EC their name is showing and they showing some sale documents as if my dad sold the property,but when we went and ask in slum clearance they said property is still in my dad's name. Please let me know whether we can file case against them.
