I had purchased a plot through a developer and he had agreed to give 150% return on the invested amount after two years if i decide to surrencder the plot. Two years time has elapsed now but the company is not returning the money on my request. I tried sending a written request at the registered address of the company which I got from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website. The speed post sent at the registered address returned for the reason it being unclaimed. Now can I make complaint anywhere if the Diectors are not receiving letters addressed to them at their registered address.
