I am working in one IT company.
I got a new offer from another company.
As per my appointment letter, terms, and conditions, I submitted my resignation around 3 months back to join the new company. But my present company is not leaving me not giving my service certificate.. I approached the labour commissioner of my city, and they are taking it to my employer to release me and give me the experience letter. But my company is merely giving verbal excuses and corresponding through email with the labour commissioners office.
would you please advise the legal option to resolve my case.
