Company Resistration in Priimary Stage

I am civil engineer and want to start a engineering consultancy firm.

Could anyone tell me how can I start my company. where i should resister my company in primary stage.

Pl's tell me about detail procesdure and aproximate expenses. Although i know about Pvt Ltd company but it will be more expensive for primary stage.

Instead of company reghisteration I would suggest you to start a partnership firm If the number of employees are 20 or less than 20....

But my problem is another type. when i was not a govt employee, i did. But right now I am govt employee and want to start a consultancy through my wife. although she is non technical still i want to start a consultancy as a group. But when I will go any where to take work. how can i show our technical group without any registration number.

by where what do u mean as it relates to place or what? as regard to registering ur firm u hv to visit the registrar office of the company matter as every state has one so locate it via net or else.

not a major issue just rellax nd work if ny doubts ask again!!!!!!
