Companyies irregularities with employees

my company has extended the working time from 9 hours to 10 hours staing that it is in contract which we have signed while joining, earlier a parameter was introduced through a tool which checks your attendance. if in case you do not meet the 85% target, they would not pay you the incentives for the entire month,,My question is ..is it legal??? The second is from today they have introduced a new rule which says the incentives will be decuted + you will be in PLA 1 Don't we have any laws to check these companies irregularities..

Moreover we haven't recieved any email for 10 hours shift....

Please help me to teach my company a lesson..Can 't we contact the labour ministry for such irregularaties..

Do we have any ombudsman for these companies.

I think the company is violating labor laws by forcing employees to work 10 hours instead of 9 hours. Additionally, with the data you have provided, I think your company is having financial difficulties.

You can complaint to labour cpommissioner.  In labour matters contracts in violation of statutory provisions are not much relevant.
