Dear sir/madam , After divorce decree is drawn the ally money is not settled to the divorced wife nor the money given to the minor child as told by the family court,in mean time husband expired after decree drawn in favor of wife and the only minor child without paying compensation. Will the minor child and the widower can ask share in the deceased self acquired property and his shares in the pvt company where he was a Managing director.
