Hi to all the experts, I wanted to know can I move legally against the managing commitee of my apartments owners association in Consumer court? The Managing committee is adhoc committee nominated by builder 2 years ago so that they can regularise the association which they never did.The association is vollecting Rs. 2000 per flat per month since september 2016 because I was demanding the registration Documents and the receipt of the money collectted and the expenses statements with proof. They are also operating an account in Syndicate Bank which does not have proper KYC.Kindly suggest me where should i approach for justice. Also also provide me the procedure that the I should follow to file a complaint and the competent authority.
