Complaint by an advocate

Whether an Advocate subscribing to computer program (CASE FINDERS) file a consumer complaint for deficiency of services. Is he an consumer or a commertial user withing the meaning of Consumer Protection Act. Please refer to citations if possible.

Yes he is a consumer because he not using only for commercial purpose but also for his own knolwdge. In one case Electricity connection at lawyers office was held not a commercial connection and he is a consumer.

Advocate using case finder is surely a consumer. He is paying for the service and also the use is for professional knowledge and not a commercial purpose.
