conditions of lok Adalat decree in a cheque bounce case

sir lok Adalat passed a decree as per the conditions of compromise. One of the condition is that if default in payment accused shall pay double amount. No payment given by accused within time period. complainant filed execution and accused deposit the whole award amount in the court. court dismissed the execution as satisfied. complainant filed revision petition against the order of the court in order to get the double amount of the cheque. please suggest what to do I am the accused in the case.

U press that u have paid the amount as per compromise and they have filed this revision petition with malafide intention so to dismiss the petition.

but the revisionist court saying you have to pay double amount as there is default of payment for not giving within time period

U have to contest strongly that trial court hasdissmissed the execution and no grounds for revision
