Dear Lawyer,
I bought a 2BHK Pent House at Pune in Year 2006. I stay at 6th Floor and have a Private Terrace access from Hall .
My Total Saleable area as per document is 1000Sq/Ft.
It is Carpet Area =800 Sq/Ft and Terrace = 200 Sqft (25% of Total Area).
Now i have 800 Sqft area of Terrace, Can i construct a Room here.
Also I have Balcony of 60 Sqft from Kitchen, As Kitchen is Very small, Can i break the Wall and Extend and Cover the balcony.
Please advise.
