I have bought a duplex, which is a corner house from a builder. The builder is constructing a security staff residence exactly in front of my house, on the road itself which contradicts the plan as documented while signing the agreement. The society is yet to be formed and hence the builder almost owns the common land including the roads meant for the society. However, the other house owners are also against the builder's action of constructing a house on the road in front of my house on the plea of beefing of the security for the housing complex. I am thinking of filing a complaint/case with District Consumer Forum. Should I also file a police case ?
