MY AMERICAN TOURISTER BAG HAS BEEN CUT IN THE TRAIN BY RAT.TRAIN WAS ALSO LATE.I PUT A COMPLAINT TO RAILWAY THROUGH SMS.REPLY IS GIVEN AND THE COMPLAINED WAS CLOSED.I HAVE ALSO PUT ACOMPLAINED THROGH COMPLAINED BOOK TO TTE OF THAT COACH.NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE NEXT ACTION FOR FILLING THE COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COURT FOR REFUND OF DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME.THE DATE OF JORNEY WAS 13 FEB 2016.I AM HAVING THE PHOTO OF CUT BAG
