Continuity requirement of adverse possession

If a property is adversely possessed for 15 years and evidenced by a compound, what happens if that compound is taken down for repairs and is not maintained for a few months in the 15th year? Will the continuity requirement be affected?  Or is continuity required only for 12 years at any time before current date?  No, there was no dispossession during the 15 years while the compound was repaired. It is just that the repair was slowed down due to the pandemic and lack of labor.
