I would like to know more about the conveyance deed ie. After a society executes a conveyance deed with the builder will the office bearers of the society become owners/ custodian of the society premises. Is this true from legal view point

what about the title of the flats owners means their rights etc. from legal view point after conveyance deed execution.

Office bearers of the society keep on changing i.e., not permanent, whereas Soceity is perpetual till it is winded up / liquidated..Accordingly conveyance deed properly executed, registered and mutated shall remain intact in favour of Society, with change of office bearers, who (office bearers) would not get title (ownership rights)

How does a builder entitled to execute "Conveyance Deed" , please clarify.

The Society has to execute proper "Sale Deed" in favour of its members / vendee / purchaser as per Bye-Law of the Society.

It would be appropriate to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for analyses of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

A conveyance deed is a vital legal document that transfers the ownership of land to a cooperative housing society from a developer or from the previous landowner. In several cities like Mumbai, many housing societies face the challenge of obtaining the conveyance of land

Having a Conveyance Deed confers the legal ownership of the common areas of the housing society and plays an important role in proving legal ownership and later redevelopment projects.

Your property has been transferred to your name by a registered sale deed.

A sale deed creates a legitimate and legal title to the property in the buyer's favour. It is signed upon the conclusion of the transaction.

By this your rights in the property is secured

A conveyance deed is a formal document used to transfer ownership of the real estate.
