Cooperative societies act

A co-operative housing society can charge for festivals with the approval of the General Body. A group of few members can collect from members. But such contribution and participation will be voluntary. If they want to conduct any function in the society premises, it can be with the permission of the committee, provided there is provision for such permission in the byelaws of the society.
