Dear Experts,
I need your kind advice regarding Court fee on inherited property. My father expired on July 2010 and my grandmother filled a civil suit as she is legal Heir along with us, but in her plaint she has not paid court fee for my father self owned property. So lawyer says for inherited property she doesn’t need to pay court fee. But I am novice to understood all this. But my father made a will during his life time so how property is inherited to her ? Please advice me on this
