Court intervention in crpc 125

Hello Experts,

May i know if court can go against the husband-wife agreement. Couples have agreed for MCD petition with a condition that the girl side do not want any alimony/maintenance frm husband. I am not sure if court is going to have any problem if wife has agreed not to claim any maintenance/alimony ?

no, why the court will go against the mutual agreement.

This is not an unusual situation. There are many cases where the wife do not claim alimony and the court never interferes. This is the matter of understanding between the parties.

doesnot clear r u frm boy or girl side ?

with assumtion, both side must have taken legal advice. they must knw the facts that judge can not be a participent in favour of any party by suggesting or insisting.

hello,

if the parties agreed mutually then court would not intervene into acts which are according to law.

in MCD lot depends on language MoU.
