Cousin living abroad has seperate self owned share in the same building where I have my seperate share. She makes these comments as attached in the picture when I talk about selling it and spreads the same statements to others in the family. What can I do to silence her?

You issue a legal notice warning her of legal consequences if she is not refraining from indulging in such illegal acts and demand apology from her for such defamatory acts.

Issue legal notice for compensation for defamation ,if she continues her misdeed(s).

Politely but firmly communicate your discomfort with their comments dinosaur game. Make it clear that you expect them to respect your decisions.

As already suggested, you may issue a legal notice. If inevitable, you may seek legal remedy if so advised.
