My wife lodged a 498a case against me from which i was acquitted with beyond all reasonable doubts quote.
She hid the fact that she wrote a letter to me admitting that she was more interested in studies rather than martial life and left my company. Only for extortion of money she was forced to made up a vulgar story in the 498a case by her parents and police family friends which damaged our family's reputation. I did not get it digested when i came to know that she alleged an illegal relationship with my handicapped brother's wife. Why people are had become such cruel for not taking others reputation into consideration. With the fear of damage from that allegation my family forced me for a settlement. But I did not heed them as i want to what best our judicial system can offer to this way of extortion of money from WOMEN.
I want to know if there is someway to prove to my loving wife that making serious false allegations could cost her and party dearly.
