CRIMINAL DEFAMATION PROCEEDINGS

Dear all:

In a criminal defamation case that I have filed in a Delhi Court, I have been directed to lead evidence at the next hearing . As I do not wish to engage an Advocate, could I please be  advised as to what I will be required to do .

1. Your are required to give under Oath a Statement followed by Evidence by way of Oath Affidavit of the 'evidences' that may lead to Crl. defamation charges "showcause notice" upon the respondent(s) and if your evidences are sufficient enough to establish call for 'notice' then only this may happen.
