Dear Seniors,
I have been married from last 3 years, my husband and his parents have been very harsh to me and now when I am mother of 2 year old son, my husband gives threads to me that he will take my son from me and throw me out from his house.
Although I am not thinking for divorce but this mental torture is killing me, please suggest can he take my son from me after 3-4 years and I will not be able to do anything.

Neither anybody can dispossess you without any court order nor anybody can take custody of your child in the absence of any court order in respect of the same.

your husband or inlaws cant push u out just like that from ur matrimonial home or take custody of ur children without any order from court.if that happens any time u can take the help of the protection officer in ur district to help u out in filing dv case through which u can get protection order, right to residence, custody order etc.u can bring them to terms.so dont worry
