My Wife has filled a case for interim access and child cutody. During our meeting with counsellor, i have agreed to provide for the access to child based on mutually agreed schedule. Now she want custody of our daughter. She is currently 30 Mths old. The basic ground which she has taken for the custody is her age. She left her left when leaving from my Home and didnt file for child custody case for 4 Mths and then suddendly she filled for child custody. I raised following objection during the mediation process when she asked for custody.
- That she has deliberately left the child and do not want to keep with her
- If i had stopped the child then she should gone to local police station and should have taken the child with herself
- If she was so worried about child then she should be filled for custody and access immediately and not so late
She is presently staying with her relative and during mediation process she said if she will be given custody, she need independent house and maintenance to support the child. I raised objection and said i will provide maintenance as decided by court.
I just want to knwo what will be court stand if i fight for the custody case based on above facts and considering the age of daughter 30 Mths.
I have currently taking care of my child with the help of my father and mother
