Hi,
I am in mid of divorce case. I have 30 Mth old girl child, whom my wife has left at her own will. After leaving for house she has not asked for the child custody for 4 months and then suddenly she has filled for custody. During this 4 months she was working in mumbai and after leaving the job she came back to Nagpur to her parents and filled for custody.
She does not have sufficient means or permanent home to stary for her and her mother is also dependent on her uncles.
I have parents who are looking after my child in Nagpur and I am working in Mumbai. I have left my Mumbai job and taken a job in small city with the view that i can look after my daughter when i shift my mom and dad to new place.
Can under this circumtances i can claim custody of my child and will court award me the custody of child. I am Just summarzing above points
- I can provide bettter educationa and other needs and provide better envoirment for my daughter
- I have parent who are fit enought to take care of my daughter
- My wife has no place or sufficient income to take care of my child
- She has left my child on her own will and did not claim the custody of child for 4 months
- I have a girl child of 30 months
- Last time when she has filled for divorce she wanted me to have custody of child and do not want to keep child with her
