custody parole and regular parole in murder case

The case contains seven people. 1 person got regular parole by highcourt.

my question is can our advocate apply at one shot for regular parole or custody parole for all remaining persons?

If not then what is the logic ?

The custody parole is granted in emergency circumstances like death in the family, serious illness or marriage in the family Regular Parole is allowed for a maximum period of one month, except in special circumstances, to convicts who have served at least one year in prison.

Are you by any way mistaking bail for parole?

Nope. in session court, our advocate applies for regular parole one person after another and it's taking too long. as I know in murder cases, the session has no right for regular parole. if so can I ask our advocate to apply regular at one shot including all remain person!?
