DATE OF BIRTH PROOF

Dear Experts,

One of person is not having 'Date Of Birth Certificate'. As per his ration card his as is 55 yrs as on 01-06-2010. But for fixation of his pension from Provident Fund as proof is required. What is the procedure for obtaining Date of Birth certificate legaly.

Hi you have not furnished the proper information, but legally for birth extract you have to file a case as criminal misclenious  under B  &D act  and seeks a direction from the court to enter the name in birth register extract

At the ouset your information is insufficient. But it appears that you have to prove your case. File civil suit for declaration. The jurisdiction of Registrar and births has taken away  in this matter in several states.

Provident Fund and Pension? Yet no birth proof? How was he appointed without proof of date of birth? He has reached the age of retirement and no body knows his date of birth, neither the pensioner nor his office? Please give full facts.
