I purchased a site from bda approved layout. The developer purchased it from 4 brothers. The sub-registrar office records show that the land belongs to them. Now 2 sisters appeared and filed a case saying the transaction done by 4 brothers in not legal. am I affected by this. can they (2 sisters) get stay order?. 4 brothers say 2 sisters got share of money from tranaction (that they sold to land developer). isn't the brothers are only the party affected? as they failed to enter sister names in records and shouldn;t that a punishable affence on part of them?
