MY CLIENT HUSBAND WENT TO MALAYSIA 8 YEARS BACK AND HE GOT MURDERED THERE IN MALAYSIA. HIS BODY WAS CREMATED IN MALAYSIA ITSELF.HOW TO GET DEATH CERTIFICATE FOR HIM. MY CLIENT DOES'NT KNOW WHERE HE WORKED IN MALAYSIA, DOES'NT KNOW HIS PASSPORT NUMBER BUT SHE KNOWS THE PLACE OF HIS MURDER. KINDLY GIVE YOUR ADVISE.........

First you can get certificate from Malasiya ambessay.
From passoport office she can get passport number of her husband.
She must have some record like newspaper etc, that will also help her.
If at last she is not able to get anything and cannot run and made such efforts then she can simply file a case in court and if nobody hear anything from husband side for the last 7 years then court will declare that person as dead.
