Hello.
I need your help. I had booked a flat in Noida through a dealer (the person works as a sales manager in a real estate company). At the time of giving the booking amount that person promised me that he will give me 2.5% discount (debit note) as soon as my first cheque gets cleared... which i can get encashed after one month from the date of issuance. Now it's been more than 4 months but that person has not given me the debit note. I do not have anything in written. I call him but he does not pick my phone... have sent many sms but he did not reply. I have also sent the request through courier to his office.
He had promised me on phone also but i do not have the recording. Please suggest me what i should do now.
I really need help.
