Deed of conveyance registration

Dear Members, need your help to understand the possibe solutions available to me on the following subject:

I bought a flat 6years back and did the registration of sale agreement to secure a bank loan. The promoters were a partnership firm. Bank disbusesed whole sum and consideration(purchase price) paid to the promoting partnership firm after which the possession was taken 6 years back. Promoters issued posession certificate in the partnership letterhead. But the Deed of Conveyance has not been registered due to negligence/oversight.

When I realized this few weeks back and contacted them I was told that the partnership no longer exists. while one of the promoter is willing to get the registration done the other promoter is seeking a view from his lawyer. Need your help to understand if there is any option available under the Transfer of Property Act or under any other Law/Act to take care of such a situation. Is there any option of automatic transfer becasue the whole consideration has been paid per agreement.

Request a quick rep*rnse.

Best regards, MC
