i am sandeep dubey , i worked in NIIT BHANDUP CENTER till last month as GROUP LEADER,i signed an agreemenmt on stamp paper for 2 years bond ,but i resign from my post after one year with proper NOTICE ,handover and the internal documantation audit also done in center it was take 8 days to compleate after some incompleate document they find out i and they told to compleate it ,i was compleate all doc and handover it to New GL of bhandup ,and according to GL said all work and handover compleated after successfully compleation of my notice period on 07-09-2013 they not release my salary and letters even they not ready to give my letters mention in bond,and for salary they said one of student in NIIT Bhandup center asking for refunb bcz centre not providing the batch since one month ,now management said we are deduct all refund amount from my pending salary
first thing if my notice compleated is i am responsible for any thing happen in the centre
secondly what action i can take against employer plz help me
