Demand notice under sec 13(2)

Dear members,

i want to know if a demand notice is issued in october 2015 and due to some misunderstanding another notice is issued in oct 2016 and in the notice there was some typo error and again another notice was issued after 20 days, after that both the notices i.e, notices issued in oct 2016 were withdrawn. now the question arises whether the first notice i.e, notice issued in oct 2015 is in force or the new notice is to be issued.
