Details of social organisation

Hi,

I am from Ahmedabad and I want to start a social organisation to take hHi,

I am from Ahmedabad and I want to start a Social Organisation to take Affordable Health (Alternative Medicine), Education and Basic amneties of life to grass root levels with the help of Expert Donors on the subjects. I want to know if I can start it alone and what are the Details of Registering it and all other Laws and Regulations concerning such Organisations in India.

You can start an organisation yourself alone by creating a trust. You will have to appoint trustees as per the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 as applicable to Gujarat.

You may also create a society or a section 25 company, etc. but since you are just starting i would suggest you create a trust. You may take help of some person to get it done os that you can focus on the owrk to be done through the organisation.
