Difference between sale deed and absolute sale deed?

You can enter into absolute sale deed without prior sale agreement.Both require registration.

WHAT is   "Absolute Sale Deed"  ???

In my opinion, all sale deeds are absolute sale deeds conveying title absolutely unless any restriction is placed expressly.

Under Section 54 of the Transfer of Property Act a transfer of tangible immovable property of the value of Rs.100/- and upwards can be made only by a registered instrument. The Registration Act, 1908, however, does not make any distinction between intangible and tangible immovable property and makes registration compulsory in case of Sale of immovable property of the value of Rs.100/- and upwards and optional if the value is less than Rs.100/- Section 49 of the Registration Act, where a document which is required to be compulsorily registered under Section 17 is not so registered it will not affect any immovable property comprised therein and such a document will not also be received in evidence. The result is that where a Sale deed in respect of an immovable property worth more than Rs. 100/- is not registered, the ownership of the property does not pass from the seller to the buyer and the transaction will be wholly ineffective.

No differrence  only the words difference.  All sale deed are absolute one.  if there is any condition is attached to the enjoyment of property it is conditional one.  Generall all sale deeds are absolute one.
